Speaking sentences-ish!!:
I can't believe it! My little babbling baby is now speaking sentences!? Yes she still is a babbler (thank goodness was not ready to part with the cute "loody doodies") But she is starting to put together simple sentences "what's that" "who's that" "its a girl" "go see daddy" "I want that" "go nigh night"...some she has been saying for A WHILE now but she has learned so much in just this past week. And the amount of words she has picked up on she just absolutely amazing to me. Its just so much fun watching her grow and learn!
Having a cold can be a lesson:
I have a cold this week (great..thanks strassner!) But on a possitive note it has been a learning experience for Riley! And I am so glad it has been because she HATES those nose suckers (like they all do) Riley has learned how to blow her nose like a big girl with tissue as well as the importance of washing your hands after... well maybe not the importance but after she blows her nose she washes her hands (well the motion)!
Back to the crib:
Riley is a sneeky little girl. She climbs out of her bed and walks around quietly.. NOT OKAY with me. She didn't do it at first...but now is does.. it scares me. So since she has decided she wants to put herself to sleep now, I put the bar back up on the bed. NO MORE WALKING AROUND for Riley. Sorry baby girl...we will try the big girl bed again in amonth or 2!
