Dear House Hunting

Please go well today. I would like to live in a house that i cna call home. I dont want to move for a while. I am tired of moving place to place. Here are a few of my requests (the list is close to 100 but just review these)
1. A house the is not falling a part
2. A house where the doors shut all the way/or open when needed.
3. Is not haunted
4. An upgrade from what i am living in... Beautiful house for a ghetto house price <--- wishful thinking i know. 5. A quiet neighborhood 6. Not in front of a bus stop 7. The walls meet the floors

I am going to be looking in serveral areas today, please please have one for me.
