catch up on 9 months

My days go by so fast i can't believe i havent been able to sit down for 30 minutes to even update a blog (not to mention it is too cold to sit outside..wifi)

My little girl is getting HUGE i can't believe we have 2.5 more months till this little bug is going to be 1 years old. It is amazing to watch her grow but it breaks my heart.

LIST OF WORDS:
Yes we can now call it a list, my little peanut is a talker for sure.
1 mama
2 dada
3 dog dog
4 lady (the dogs name was lady)
5 no
6 thank you (we get it out of her every once and a while)
7 okay
8 stop
9 shh shh
10 get it
11. hi or hey (she says both)
12 baby
13 bad baby :)

she says other things but not enough to count them in on the list.

Halloween: (more pictures to come!)
Rileys first Halloween was a success i would say. Nothing to crazy... she is only one. She was a Bat (target 9.99), and a very cute one at that. We went to the pumpkin patch and picked out a pumpkin with daddy and great mamaw and great papaw, mommy carved it (we skipped out on the painting the pumpkin... we rent.. not trying to get that everywhere!). We made another trip to the pumpkin patch with baby Zoie and momma Rachel, where we got a second pumpkin for daddies bike event.

On Halloween we went to Zoies house to trick-or-treat. Riley absolutely LOVED listening to all the little kids running up and down the street laughing and yelling back and forth. She got a good amount of candy... that mommy and daddy got to enjoy (Thank you Riley Pie). We played hard and fell asleep before we made it out of their driveway.

Walking?

She is a stepper...not a walker... she came REALLY CLOSE to walking tonight she took a couple of steps on her own but stilll not enough to call it walking. soon enough i will be in trouble. She is such a fast little crawler i can only imagine what is in store for me soon!

DADDYS LITTLE GIRL

My absolute favorite thing in the world to see is those 2 interacting, John is at work A LOT 11 hours a day 6 days a week and 8 hours on the 7th day. He only gets to see Riley really in the morning before going to work. She gets so excited in the morning when he wakes up(well when she wakes him up) she will jump on him and laugh and giggle, they play a game of peek-a-boo crawl around on the floor together. Its absolutely the sweetest thing in the world. She even prefers him to put her to sleep at night. I love it. She is becoming a daddys girl and i love it. Words can't even explain the feeling seeing her smile like she does at him.

BABY ZOIE:

Our new ittie bittie friend (7 weeks old) On Friday i watched little miss Zoie from 9-5 which i must say was an interesting test of time management between a 9 month old and a 6.5 week old. (just gonna say pushing back the plans of having any more kids from 10 to 20 years) She was absolutely great and so was Riley. Riley was so interested in her and every sound she made, anytime she cried Riley thought it was the funniest thing, and Zoie was very interested in Riley and where the baby squeeks were coming from. Zoie will be a new addition to my Thursdays (should get interesting as she gets older) but i am very happy to help out a friend in need.

BEST PART! WE GET TO PLAY. i can't explain how awesome it is to have a friend that has a baby that actually wants to hang out with me. Can't wait till little Zoie can play back!

Resigestered For School:

I finally turned in all my paper work, all i have left to do is go downtown and get my transcripts and turn those in. Finally moving forward!
