Sunday, John got off of work at 4pm allowing us to actually have dinner together and spend time with our beautiful daughter together. We went out to dinner and then took a stroll around freedom park. Riley was in heaven. She held our hands, at the same time. She loved it. We watched the geese and took time as a family to all stop and smell the flowers (literally). Daddy ran from the bees and mommy tried to take in every moment we were there together. Before heading home we stopped to play on the playground, where Riley found herself a comfy spot right in the sand. She Sat there and played until we dragged her out. It was wonderful to spend time with my family, and not feel rushed over doing so.
Looking forward to more moments like these.
