Rileys Half Birthday Present

Riley has grown out of her first carseat (with a couple pounds to spare) we went ahead and got her a new one to be on the safe side.

(yes i HAD to get the cow print).

John and i went today and picked up this carseat! It is a convertible carseat (faces forwards and backwards) and will be something we can keep around for a long time to come (up to 50 lbs). So far so good!

As we were picking out the carseat, we sat Riley in each one to test them out, she literally whinned and or cried when we sat her in every single seat EXCEPT for this one. I had already made my decision as i have done carseat research for the past 6 months trying to find the right carseat...this is it..for now :) i love the print, it has great crash test ratings, side impact protection and all the reviews i have read have been positive...but it was nice that Riley agreed with me.

i just cant wait for her to turn one (yes i can wait i am not in any hurry for that!) so i can turn her around so she faces forward!
