A Walk In The Park

Sunday after noon it was 70 degrees, So we took this rare opportunity in the middle of Winter to go to the park, apparently everyone else in Charlotte had the same idea.

we attempted to play on the playground, but it was jam packed...


She made several attempts to play with the other children, but they were all too big and too fast, so she played with her baby doll





She wanted to swing but again, there were way to many people.





So we decided to take a look at the ducks, she had seen them in pictures and knew what they were but the way her little eyes lit up with amazement when she saw them in the water was priceless... She was so excited she tried to jump in to swim with them.








...and when the ducks went away it was time to chase the dogs and take a much needed walk in the park, this girl trucked through the park as if she owned the place...










We Stomp Stomped on the Sidewalk and she walked...

she walked and walked and walked... until i was tired and forced us back to the car.
